Can the Results of a Mediation be Changed?

Because a successful mediation results in a contract agreed to by all parties, and not by a decision made by the mediator, there is no process for “appealing” a successful mediation. At no point in the mediation process will a judgement be forced upon any of the participants. Any agreements will be enforced through the contract drawn up to reflect the accepted terms of the mediation.
